摘要: 抑郁癥及焦慮障礙是常見、發(fā)病率高、危害性大的精神疾病，其臨床診斷主要依靠臨床觀察、神經(jīng)
心理學問卷調查等手段。近年來，磁共振成像及圖像分析技術快速發(fā)展，可以定量化分析人腦的結構形
態(tài)及功能連接等，為闡明精神疾病的神經(jīng)病理機制提供了新的研究思路和方法，也為臨床診斷提供新的
客觀證據(jù)和參考依據(jù)。本文綜述了磁共振影像學在抑郁癥、焦慮障礙以及抑郁癥共病焦慮障礙等疾病
診斷中的應用，以及結構磁共振成像、彌散張量成像、靜息態(tài)功能磁共振成像等技術的最新研究進展。

Advances in Magnetic Ｒesonance Imaging of Depression and Anxiety Disorders

Abstract: Depression and anxiety disorders are common and harmful mental illnesses with high incidence．
The clinical diagnosis of these disorders relies on clinical observations，neuropsychological surveys，and other
means． Ｒecently，the technologies of magnetic resonance imaging ( MＲI) and image analysis have developed
rapidly． The quantitative analyses of structural morphology and functional connections of the human brain bring new methodologies to elucidate the neuropathlogical mechanisms of mental illnesses and also provide new evidences for clinical diagnosis． This paper reviewed the application of MＲI studies in depression，anxiety disorder，and depression comorbid with anxiety，as well as the advances of structural magnetic resonance imaging，diffusion tensor imaging，resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging，and other technologies．
