Hefeng Zhai (B’15-S’18) received the B.S. and M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2015 and 2018, respectively. He is currently as a researcher working at the Electric Power Research Institute of China Southern Power Grid, Guangzhou, China. His research interests include power systems optimal operation and power system operation simulation. Participated in multiple scientific research projects, including the National Key Basic Research and Development Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the China Southern Power Grid Science and Technology Project.
