Rukui Tao was born in Xinjian county, Jiangxi province, China, in 1987. He received his B.E. degree in electronic information engineering from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, China, in 2009, and his M.E. degree in signal and information processing from Shandong University, China, in 2012. He is currently with the Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., Nanjing, China. His research interests include smart grid technology, communication and network technology.
