Haotian Liu (IEEE Graduate Student Member) received the B.E. degree in School of Physic and Electronic Information Engineering, Henan Polytechnic University (HPU) in 2023. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree with Key Laboratory of Universal Wireless Communications , Ministry of Education, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunication (BUPT).

He has published 14 papers in leading international journals, such as IEEE TWC, TAP, TMC, TCCN, and TVT, and has granted 6 patents. He serves as a Workshop Co-Chair at the NCIC 2025. He also serves as a peer reviewer for the high-impact journals, including IEEE TWC, TMC, TCOM, TCCN, and IoT-J. His research focuses on integrated sensing and communication, cooperative sensing, compressed sensing, carrier aggregation, and artificial intelligence
